Hello, hello! At long last I've decided to quit procrastinating and finally get down to organizing my room in preparation for a potential room transfer down in a larger and more spacious bedroom in the basement. While I'm eager to be promoted to a #certified-basement-dweller, I do not look forward to moving all my material possessions down a steep flight of stairs.... And so I've decided to downsize my belongings and give away items that 'no longer spark joy' as the master Marie Kondo puts it.

A Trip to the Big City for Tasty Food and Good Donuts

Today's weather was quite volatile— It went from cloudy skies to a gentle sprinkle, then to partly sunny weather, followed by a relentless downpour, back to a light sprinkle, and finally another bout of heavy rain! Regardless, the weather did not stop my family from visiting the big city to try out this noodle restaurant that was recommended by their friends.
